Gustavo Hermida brings to RDSTeam.com over 25 years of experience in the digital printing industry. His career began in NYC as a Sales Manager for Ricoh Corporation, and continued in different management positions including VP of sales at Nur Macro (now HP) and leading office equipment distributors in South Florida. “Our industry has been affected by many changes throughout the year, but one principle remains a constant: Take care of your customer, and you will earn their business. At RDS we combine good customer service with cost effective solutions with low environmental impact to our earth, and that is a vision for the future we want to share with you.”
Mike Martin started in the industry as a service technician in 1982, and worked his way to technical field trainer on may of the original models of equipment we see today. Mike shares RDS’s vision of rising the standards of customer care in the copy machine business.
