The RDS Team offers broad services in terms of offering connected care. But one of their premium and most-sought-after products is the Whiteboard. “There is another platform that we advice our clients on and has to do with sharing of information. Many times they have specialist, especially now that you could share, we have products in our portfolio called Interactive flat type of display. So Interactive flat type of display is a big screen that is and can encourage two-way communication in which you can put an image, you can actually make annotations with the image, you can create session with multiple participants in that session, and have let’s call it a Zoom call or a similar platform. This platform is one of the many ways which could have adopted technology to support the healthcare environment,” Gustavo said.
Moreover, the RDS Team does not want just to be a traditional business. But venture all possibilities. “What we inspire to is to be a consultant that brings, at least expose an organization, a healthcare organization to an array of solutions that are available to them and help them choose which one’s appropriate for them. But in that conversation, when we ask for the time and when we can, we wanna make sure that we truly understand how they do things so then we can pretend, “Hey, there might be more efficient ways. to do some of those steps or ways that you can support some of these steps that are more robust in a technological solution,” Gustavo added.
Since RDS Team handles a lot of businesses and organizations belonging to different industries, they have their own feedback in terms of efficiencies. “Gustavo: We consult many different industries. There is customers in many industries to education, to security, general business, practices, that are supported by electronics. In all cases, I think the point in common is that, people are a lot more accepting now of a virtual meeting. So virtual meeting, like we have right now, we have communication for a Zoom platform for example and I’m calling you from my home office and that kind of setup is more acceptable nowadays. Now you need to support that environment because we started with a phone call, we continue with a video conference, and now, there is more things we can do to bring more efficiency to that conversation. More and more people are realizing and accepting that they could be working from a home office-based,” Gustavo stated.
