I want to let you know that the delivery guy Raidel was excellent. He was very helpful in trying to resolve an issue with a printer that was being delivered. RDS should have more employees with this type of good customer service.

It is always a pleasure when Evilio comes to service our machine. He brings service with a smile and takes the time to not only do the job right, but shows us exactly what is going on and give us tips on how to prevent it from occurring again. We are lucky for him and the rest of the RDS team.

Evelio is always great. I love being able to communicate with him through text. He does a great job walking me through printer issues for issues that I can fix myself, or if he needs to come into the office to fix it himself he is usually here within a few hours of the service call.
