RDS has been our printer solution since 2019! We just renewed our lease for another 3 years because RDS has been so helpful year round. I have never had an issue with anything. If I place a service call, they immediately assist. Toner deliveries were always on time and their customer support is excellent. Will refer RDS to other businesses. Great company!! We rented a copier/printer from RDS. This is the first time we have had 100% success with a rental copier/printer. The team set-up and tested the printer, then made sure tdhat my team was connected properly and gave us a tutorial on every function. We did not experience any difficulty or issues at all and we had the copier/printer the entire week. The RDS team are truly professionals. I worked directly with Robbin, Yasmira, George, and Yariel and look forward to working with them again next time we are in the area! Thank you RDS Team.

I am so pleased with the experience so far with this company. Just starting my business they worked with me and within a week was able to get my printer delivered and set up. Dan was quick to respond upon my initial quote request, Robbin has been amazing answering all my questions and getting my lease agreement finalized and went above to get me the info I needed to pay my invoices easily. The delivery guys were patient and weren’t grumpy that they didn’t have an elevator in my building, the tech guy definitely knew what he was doing! Thank you!
