Copier Leasing for Florida Businesses

RDS Team leases copiers, multifunction printers and wide-format equipment to businesses
across Florida — from single desktop machines to managed fleets across multiple sites.
We are an authorized dealer for Ricoh, Epson and Brother, our partners have each been doing this for more than forty years, and we are rated 4.9 out of 5 across 195 Google reviews.

A lease is the right answer when you want current equipment without spending capital on it,
with service and support wrapped into one predictable monthly figure. If you need a machine for
weeks rather than years, renting is
the better fit, and we will tell you so.

What a Lease From RDS Includes

One agreement, one monthly figure, and no surprises arriving separately afterwards.

  • The equipment, specified around what you actually print rather than what
    is sitting in a warehouse.
  • Delivery, installation and network setup by our own technicians.
  • Service and parts for the life of the agreement, with a guaranteed
on-site response time written into the contract.
  • Toner and consumables, so supplies never arrive as a separate bill.
  • Training for the people who will actually use the machine.
  • A defined end. You will know before you sign what happens at the end of
    the term, in writing.

What Copier Leasing Costs

Leases start at around $69 per month. The honest answer to what yours will
cost is that it depends on three things: the speed you need, whether you print in color, and
how much volume runs through the machine each month.

Most vendors will not give you a figure without a meeting. We would rather you knew the
shape of it now: a desktop multifunction device for a small team sits at the bottom of that
range, a departmental color MFP in the middle, and a production machine for a print room well
above it. Tell us what you print and we will quote the real number.

If you would rather see the shape of it before speaking to anyone, our copier cost calculator sizes a machine to your monthly page volume and shows the published lease price for it.

Lease, Rent or Buy

Lease when the machine is core to how the business runs and you want it
current, supported and off the capital budget. Terms usually run 36 to 60 months.

Rent when the
need has an end date — a project office, an audit season, an event, or cover while
equipment is repaired. No credit decision, no long commitment.

Buy when the volume is low, the specification will not date quickly, and
you would rather own it outright. We sell equipment too, and we will say when buying is the
cheaper answer.

Already locked into an agreement elsewhere? That is one of the most common conversations we
have. Bring us the paperwork and we will tell you honestly what your options are.

Brands We Lease

We are an authorized dealer for
Ricoh,
Epson and
Brother, and we also supply and
service Canon and
HP. Being authorized matters for parts,
firmware and warranty work — it is the difference between a machine being repaired
properly and being kept alive.

Already Have a Machine?

If what you have is still serviceable, repairing it is usually cheaper than replacing it, and we will tell you honestly which way the arithmetic points. See copier repair across Florida — a guaranteed four-hour on-site response, and we service equipment we did not sell.

Managing a Whole Fleet?

If you are running several machines across one or more sites, a managed print agreement puts supplies, service and monitoring on one bill and usually finds savings in fleet size that a lease negotiation cannot.

Equipment by Industry

What a law firm needs from a copier is not what a hotel or a plant floor needs. We have written up each one — law firms, medical and healthcare practices, schools and districts, hotels and hospitality, real estate offices, manufacturing and logistics.

Common Questions About Copier Leasing

How long is a typical copier lease? Most run 36 to 60 months. Shorter terms
are possible and cost more per month; if you need something shorter than a year, rent instead.

What happens at the end of the lease? You return the equipment, upgrade to
current equipment on a new agreement, or buy the machine outright. We put those options in
writing before you sign rather than after.

Is service included in the lease? Yes. Service, parts and toner are
included, with a guaranteed four-hour on-site response. If a machine under contract cannot be
repaired, we replace it.

Can I get out of a lease with another company? Often, yes. There are
several routes depending on how the agreement is written. Send us the contract and we will
tell you what is actually possible — including when the answer is that you should sit
tight.

Do I need to pass a credit check? A lease is financed, so there is a credit
decision. A rental is not, which is
one reason newer businesses often start there.
