Ricoh is the platform we place most often for offices that run real daily volume. The IM series covers black-and-white work, the IM C series adds full color, and both are A3 machines, so they handle ledger and tabloid pages a desktop unit cannot. Every unit is installed and serviced by our own technicians.

Where a machine lands inside a series depends on speed and finishing. A workgroup of ten sharing one machine is a different specification from a busy front office running invoices all day, and we size against your actual page counts. Larger IM and IM C configurations, production models and wide format are all available beyond the starting points above.
Starting figures are for a new machine on a standard lease term with service and genuine consumables included, and vary with configuration, monthly volume and credit approval. Tell us your page counts and we will quote the actual number rather than a range.
